Shipping Policy

We want you to enjoy your Driftwood Naturals products with as short a wait as possible!

A few things to note:
  • Should you require a priority delivery, expedited delivery, or are located in an area that is not serviced by a standard ground carrier, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can get you a proper shipping quote.
  • We are unable to deliver to postal boxes, and physical addresses must be provided.
  • Please double-check your delivery information prior to placing your order.

Order Processing

We are happy to offer free shipping* on all Canadian orders totalling $80.00 or more before taxes. For Canadian orders totaling $79.99 or less before taxes, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the current applicable rate.

Orders are prepared, packaged, and shipped with care, leaving our location within 2 business days. Tracking Numbers will be provided for each order at the time the package is made available for carrier pick up, allowing you to track shipping and delivery progress.

*This applies to standard shipping only. If you require priority service, you are able to select one of these options at checkout with your shipping rate being calculated at time of checkout.

Transit Times

Transit times may vary. Please allow 4 to 7 business days for Quebec and Ontario, and 6 to 12 business days for the other provinces.

For Canadian territories, transit times vary depending on the product type and shipment weight, on a case-by-case basis. As a general guideline, please allow 12 to 20 business days.

Exceptional circumstances beyond our control may cause delays, such as weather, peak periods, or even… a pandemic.
 

Delayed or Lost Packages

Should your Tracking Number display information regarding delays, hold-ups in a specific location, or a rerouting or detour:
Contact the carrier provider directly, as they can investigate and resolve issues without further delay.

Undelivered or Returned Packages

Should your package be returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address information, missing special instructions for shipping, refusal at delivery, or due to being unclaimed, Driftwood Naturals — upon receipt of the returned package — will contact you to issue a refund. Refunds are made to the same method of payment used at time of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
 

Damaged or Defective Items

Each item is carefully inspected prior to being packaged, and we take great care in ensuring our shipment is assembled in a way that considers the protected contents, the seasonal weather, and the final destination. We’d be disappointed to hear that one of your items arrived in less than stellar condition, but should this be the case please contact us immediately so that we can right the situation. We are always looking to improve, and we want to ensure the best customer experience possible.
