Refund Policy

We have no doubt that you’ll love your handcrafted selection — we put a lot of consideration into each product during the creation process, and then again before it leaves our facilities in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec. 

However, should there be an extenuating circumstance that warrants a return, please contact us with the return request for review. These must be done within 15 days of the original shipping date.

Conditions

All return requests must be done by the original purchaser and must reference your invoice number, as well as the original purchase date. All approved items for return must be carefully packaged, and returned items must be received in good condition for resale: 

– Unopened
– Unused

– Undamaged 

Costs

Shipping and handling fees to return the package to us must be covered by the original purchaser. Upon receiving your returned purchase, please allow up to 14 business days for processing and issuing of the refund. Refunds are made to the same method of payment used at time of purchase. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Product Exceptions

All discounted or discontinued items are final sale. Private label products, wholesale orders, and gift cards are non-refundable. 

This above policy applies to Driftwood Naturals products purchased directly through our website. If you purchased our product through a wholesaler, distributor, or store front, you must follow their return and exchange policies.
